Responsive SaaS web app enabling executive assistants to request and manage private charter flights for executives.

Problem → Executive assistants didn't have a single software solution for requesting, booking and managing charter fights for executives.

Solution → Provide a portal where an executive assistant could request flights, then manage their executive’s schedule before and during their trips.

Process

Started with a design sprint to identify a high value problem and apply a focused solution.

Validated the design sprint output with executive assistants from corporate flight departments.

Discovery with executive assistants to uncover pain points we were unaware of.

Sketch and Invision were used to create prototypes for the app.

Results

Executive assistants were not familiar with all flight routes that were available. We provided a visual flight estimator tool to allow them to get an idea. This was called out as a delightful experience.

On completion of the MVP, several corporate flight departments adopted the product.

Customer feedback showed it helped bring all their needs into a single app which saved them time and brought visibility where before there was none.

Thew flight estimator tool gave them a great way to get an understanding of how to plan their boss' schedule.
